Here goes a list of frequent questions regarding the products I have on sale on this website, namely prints and image licenses.

How can I pay for the image I want to buy?

You can use your Paypal account or Credit Card. Photoshelter will take care of the payment processing and it has extremely high-standard safety.

Prints

How can I buy a print from you?

First, go to my Portfolio or Archive section, pick the image you want to purchase and click on the “Add to Cart” link. A pop-up will appear where you will choose the tab “Prints” and then the size and finish of the image, after which you can click the “Add do Cart” button. If you want to buy more items click “Continue Shopping” button, otherwise select the “Checkout” button on the right corner. You may have to register with Photoshelter to get a username and password, but that won’t take any time.

Where are the images printed? Will you ship to my country?

My images are printed at Espaço João Sousa Valles in Lisbon, Portugal. The photos will be printed on Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper 260 g/m2.

Every print is supervised by me and signed on the back prior to shipping.

Prints are sent rolled in a tube if size justifies it.

Please note that sizes are approximate. If you require another size that is not specified, please let me know that I will gladly quote ir for you.

What if I have any problem with the print I receive?

If for any chance the image has any problem, print quality problems, badly handed or whatever it may be, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can check out what happened and make a new print for you right away.

If everything goes well, please also let me know and give me your feedback so we can continually improve our overall service quality.

Licenses

How can I license one of your images?

A quote will appear on the right side of the window, after which you can click the “Add do Cart” button. If you want to buy more items click “Continue Shopping” button, otherwise select the “Checkout” button on the right corner. You may have to register with Photoshelter to get a username and password, but that won’t take any time.

What kind of licenses do you have available?

My photos are only available for license as Rights Managed Images. These image licenses are priced for a specific usage during a certain period of time, on a defined geographic location. Please note that some of the images are only available for editorial use.

What kind of image will I receive?

You will receive a full-size, maximum quality JPG image. If for any chance you require a TIFF file, let me know and I’ll provide one for you. All images are of the highest quality, shot with professional gear. Post-processing is minimum and only applied to the RAW image in order to keep the best image quality. All images are provided in Adobe RGB or ProPhoto RGB colorspaces, as these are the colorspaces with widest gamut. If for any chance you require another colorspace, please let me know and I’ll provide the image converted to the profile corresponding to your needs.
